ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup strawberries, mashed (don’t add liquid from mashing)
- 1 (7-ounce) jar marshmallow cream
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (1L) tub Cool Whip, thawed
- ¾ cup strawberries, diced
- Chopped strawberries, for garnish
- Pretzel thins
- Waffle thins
- Apples
- Graham crackers
- Strawberries
- Gingersnaps
- Nilla wafers
directions
- Using a mixer, on high speed mix cream cheese, mashed strawberries, marshmallow and vanilla until blended. Fold in Cool Whip and diced strawberries.
- Place in a serving bowl and top with chopped strawberries. Serve with graham crackers, strawberries or Nilla wafers for dipping.
