serves 4-6
ingredients
- 5 cups Rice Chex Cereal
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup boxed brownie mix powder
- 1-2 cups brownie pieces
directions
- Pour the Chex in a large bowl and place powdered sugar and brownie mix in a large resealable plastic bag. Set aside.
- Place chocolate chips and peanut butter in a medium bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Continue to microwave in 20 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate/peanut butter over Chex cereal and gently stir until cereal is evenly coated. Add to resealable plastic bag. Shake until evenly coated. Toss in 1-2 cups brownie pieces.
- Place mixture on cookie sheet to cool.
