Peanut Butter & Banana Puppy Chow Recipe

The King would approve of this Puppy Chow, a sweet and salty snack that combines bananas and peanut butter.

serves: 4-6

ingredients

• 5 cups Rice Chex Cereal


• 1 cup white chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
• 1/4 cup dry banana cream pudding mix
• 1/2 cup banana chips

directions

1. Pour the Chex in a large bowl and place powdered sugar, banana cream pudding mix and banana chips in a large resealable plastic bag. Set aside.


2. Place white chocolate chips in a medium bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Continue to microwave in 20 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until smooth.


3. Pour the white chocolate over Chex cereal and gently stir until cereal is evenly coated. Add to resealable plastic bag. Shake until evenly coated.


4. Place mixture on cookie sheet to cool.
