- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- ¼ cup whole milk
- ¼ cup Skor or Heath toffee bits
- 2 tbsp instant butterscotch pudding powder
- Melted white chocolate, to rim glass
- Skor/Heath toffee bits, to rim glass
- Butterscotch sauce, for garnish
directions
- Rub the rim of a tall milkshake glass with melted white chocolate. Place Skor or Heath toffee bits on a large plate and dip the rim of the glass to coat. Set aside.
- Using a blender, combine ice cream, milk, Skor or Heath toffee bits and butterscotch pudding powder. Blend until smooth. Pour into prepared milkshake glass and drizzle butterscotch sauce over top to garnish.
