Get ready to light up your next party with this poppin' Pop Rocks Martini.
ingredients
1 oz Lemon Vodka
1/2 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz Bols Blue Curacao
1 oz Fruit Punch, red
Pop Rocks, to rim glass
Lemon wedge
directions
1. Rub the rim of a chilled martini glass with a lemon wedge. Dip the rim onto a plate filled with Pop Rocks.
2. In a cocktail shaker, combine lemon vodka, Cointreau, Bols Blue Curacao and fruit punch with ice. Shake and strain into prepared cocktail glass.
