“If I ever go missing, please put my photo on a Rum bottle, not a milk carton. I want my friends to know I am missing!"
1 1/2 cups raisins
3/4 cup dark rum
1 vanilla bean
1 cinnamon stick, broken in half
2-3 pieces of orange rind
1) Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or bowl. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours, and up to 1 week.
Makes: 2 cups
